  • Exhibitors will be provided with a 6' table and two chairs.

  • Registration will open at 8 am. Set up is from 8:00 - 9: 30 am.

  • Doors open at 9:30 am and exhibitors are expected to keep their exhibit open until 2:00 pm close of the fair.

  • Breakdown and clearing of tables will be completed from 2:15 pm to 2:45 pm

  • On-site sale of products is prohibited.

FEES:

  • Cost for exhibitor table for public sector and nonprofit organizations will be $50 and $200 for private sector business and groups.

  • A limited number of double table exhibit spaces will be available and the fee will be $100 for public sector and nonprofit organizations and $400 for private sector businesses and groups.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation once registration is processed. 

WHO TO MAKE IT OUT TO:

  • Please make checks payable to the Town Of Vernon Seniorhood Event and mailed to Matt Hellman, Vernon Social Services, 14 Park Place, Vernon, CT 06066

Confirmations and additional information will be sent via email with your table assignment by the end of September.
